SMS Terms & Conditions – Precision Technology Innovations (PTI)

1. Service Description
By submitting a support request, you agree to receive SMS messages from Precision Technology Innovations (PTI) regarding your technical support ticket(s). These messages may include ticket confirmations, status updates, technician scheduling notices, troubleshooting instructions, and ticket closure summaries.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on ticket activity. Customers typically receive messages during active support engagements only.
3. Opt-In
Customers are automatically enrolled in SMS notifications when they open a support case with PTI via phone, email, or our support portal. By providing your mobile number during ticket creation, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your support case.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS support updates from PTI unless you opt back in by replying START.
5. Cost & Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PTI is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
6. Privacy
Your contact information and support data will never be sold or shared with third parties. All information is handled in accordance with PTI’s Privacy Policy and industry best practices for data security.
